The Rusukh Treatment
A named representative arrives with the fabric folder. He listens first, notes how you stand, and measures without hurry. Your garment is cut, finished and checked against what he recorded, then pressed, packed and handed over in person. If anything needs refinement, we collect it. Your profile stays with the house for every order after.
Office Measurement
The same appointment, brought to your office. A quiet room, the fabric folder, and a measurement taken with the same care as at home, kept in the same profile. Built around your working day, not ours.
Online Measurement
For men abroad, or beyond our visiting areas. Send your measurements online and we review each one with you before anything is cut. Your garment is made to them, checked against them, and shipped to you.
The Family Appointment
One visit for the men of one family. Grandfather, father and sons, each measured in turn, each given his own profile, kept by the house. Before a wedding, before Eid, or simply because it is time.
Fabric Consultation
Cloth chosen with you, not for you. Your representative opens the fabric folder and talks you through weight, weave, and how each cloth wears in the heat. Choose it for a garment, or take it unstitched.
Personalization
Your collar, your cuffs, your placket, your buttons, even the length of your kameez. Choose exactly how each is cut and finished. We record it once, and every garment after that carries it without being asked.
Book on His Behalf
For a father, a brother, a groom, or a friend. You arrange the appointment; we contact him, visit him, and measure him precisely as we would you. His profile remains his own from that day forward.
The Art of Gifting
Some gifts should fit. Give a man a Rusukh garment, or the appointment that begins one, presented in our box with a note in your words. We arrange everything else quietly, so the gesture stays yours.
Alterations
We follow up after every delivery. If something needs refining, we record it, collect the garment in its cover, correct it, and return it. The note stays in your profile, so the next garment starts closer.
